We review your enquiry and respond within 2 business days. We may ask for your business registration details and estimated order volume.
We provide a formal wholesale quotation including unit pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and estimated shipping costs via EMS or freight.
Confirm your order and complete payment via bank transfer (T/T) or other agreed method. Payment is required before dispatch for new partners.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sendai, Japan within 3–5 business days. Full tracking information is provided.
