Thank you for shopping at Nakakita Electric. All products are shipped directly from Japan.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Malaysia
  • Singapore
  • Thailand

If you are located outside these regions, please contact us to inquire about availability.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service), an internationally tracked airmail service. EMS provides reliable, door-to-door delivery with full tracking from our warehouse in Japan.

Shipping Rate

A flat shipping fee of ¥3,500 (approximately MYR 105 / SGD 32 / THB 830) applies to all orders, regardless of order size or weight.

Local currency amounts are approximate and subject to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Malaysia 5 – 10 business days
Singapore 4 – 8 business days
Thailand 6 – 12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Japanese public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your EMS tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your EMS tracking number. You can track your package at Japan Post International.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All products are shipped from Japan. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

We declare all shipments at full value as required by international shipping regulations. We are unable to declare packages as "gifts" or under-value shipments.

Important Notes

  • All products are authentic, Japan-manufactured goods sourced directly from certified Japanese manufacturers.
  • We ship from Sendai, Miyagi, Japan.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a full street address at checkout.
  • Packages returned due to failed delivery or refusal will have return shipping costs deducted from any applicable refund.
